At work, so can't really post in depth. Techs are in a very risky position. You are very smart to be careful here.

Many CSCO customers are those crappy b2bs and .coms and other modern day charlatans. Who's gonna buy the snake oil when all the snake oil saleman are history? How is CSCO gonna doctor their P&Ls when they can't use options to hide their true salary costs? How will CSCO maintain those bullshi! profit margins when they lose their ability to print their own money. What about the competition! Hey, isn't this supposed to be ZERO RISK! Better than a bond!!! What the hay!

There is a 50/50 chance that CSCO has peaked FOREVER. There is a reasonable that CSCO will be under 50 in 5 years (with no splits). Try sleeping on that if you have all of your money in CSCO.

CSCO buy GE. ROFDLMAO. Not in your wildest dreams. GE may use CSCO for tp one day. That I would beleive.

But, what about Jubak and the Gorilla game!?! Jubak is decent journalist but his timing sucks arse.
