I think FLEX will go up , not down on Monday. They had a very positive conference call and are firing on all cylinders and expecting continued growth in the 40%+ rate and the ROIC returning to 15%. Their guidance was only thru the next quarter because they needed time to sort out all the growth and new business. I hope they do go down to create a buying opportunity but don't expect it. The DII merger is going well and getting the benefits of the DII semi group and Multech PCB business which is booming also which after SANM/HDC deal looks brilliant to me.Marks used such words as "stunning", "robust","exciting" etc. Expect more OEM asset divestures which is really at the early stages. Lucents announcment I guess is a bellweather for the whole industry which will be following suit it seems, even the Japanese which are starting in that direction as is MOT I beleive.
