Capital Alliance Group Inc CPT Shares issued 4,942,406 Apr 19 close $2.76 Thu 20 Apr 2000 Property Agreement The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposed disposition of 22 per cent seed shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, SE Global Equities Company Ltd., for $10-million (U.S.). The institutional purchasers of the seed shares include ICEA Finance Holdings Limited, Meridian Asset Management SDN BHD and US Global Investors Inc.
