Deferred rev has started to grow + I think very soon board will approve buyback. Connors overall is conservative

You are right $43 billion is an incredible amount. Unfortunately for us , the street will value MSFT on operating results, and MSFT's guidance is for lower growth. Management may be lowballing revenue and earnings as they habitually do, but analysts are sharpening their pencils as I write this, and ratcheting down their estimates.

This IMO is a negative. It indicates that Microsoft has
some problem to decide where the money should be put for
future growth. In fact, this is even more worrying than DOJ, IMHO.
