Fundamentally we are looking two entirely differnet firms here. MER makes a great deal of their money through underwriting which seems to have dried up and is likely to continue to be inadequate to meet prior year's earnings.

H2 of 2000 likely will have a supply shortage for SDRAM. I would not bet against MU at this point in time.
