This is one fine post. Remind me that it's only money and one's portfolio number is like a video game score as long as you have money to spend to maintain a decent lifestyle. Life is too precious to be wasted on day-trading.

Relax man! When you live in the short term, you will get buffetted by the various cross winds created by the momentum players. Yet, great companies with great management will continue to reward their stockholders over the long term in spite of MMs and traders. JDSU is such a company. Stop trading and start holding. Listen to your wife. Likewise, the Sabres should prevail until they meet their match, in spite of the officiating. Perhaps, we'll see your Sabres in Denver. Sepster, an Avs Fan.
