bill looks like dmiss got a little pissy. still waiting on his educated chained dollar expose and his view on hedonic pricing. actually, i KNOW he has no clue. "duh, buy stocks, guy. they always go up. it's a new economy, duh!" "skeeter's a bear, skeeter's a bear, duh. skeeter looses money, duh!" some folks don't understand valuation and d miss is one of them. i like cheap stocks relative to their potential and bought many of them. i don't like fluff with stinky numbers. having said that, gtw has performed better than expected, as has the whole economy. so far. ;-) i locked in gains for my portfolio that amounted to gains of about 200% (whole account) since last october. 100% LONG in cheap biotech companies. i sold those cheap companies for a pretty penny, too :-) i'm mostly out for now, however, i know i spanked gtw longs butts. but, alas, old dogs don't learn new tricks, never heard of chained dollars or hedonic pricing. that sand feels to good surrounding one's face... HA! :-)
