HAL -- <<" "MSFT will still get a big bounce when this case is resolved." Gerald Walls">> I agree with Gerald but question FROM what level and will it sustain. Since it will come later than next week it will be much too late for many.

..Someone at Microsoft made a bad call a couple weeks ago. We take it from there.

Your wrong so far. You might be able to "take it from a there" (given no settlement, dictated upon Big Brother's behalf) after a A.C./S.C. ruling in your favor. Just "what if" it were to be ultimately and completely overturned. Would the hyenas wait for another opening, or look upon another, to rape our country of freedom. Just who would be praised or blamed then, capitalism or your idea of utopia?

It's amazing to me, how much 'pain' needs to be felt before the "40%" of our population understand where the real threat lies. Fortunately the pendulum swings both ways, and IMO it's 'your side' that made "the bad call" which can only help to shift sentiment to the demise of your views.

Again, it's politics that brought this forth, and politics that will bring it back.
