<From what I understand it is a good take over target now....> Looks to be the case...and one would certainly hope so, looks like many are betting on that now, like they were betting on TRAC's 3rd split~proposal earlier. ...wonder what in truth, someone in these chillingly vascillating economic times would be willing to pay? I would be hard pressed to come up with a fair-value for any stock at this time.... ------->Did I hear someone on this board *giving his "valued" opinion he "Doubts" buy-out should be for less than $12+/shr ? And is coming monday? And that the "deal" is already done...(not necessarily that figure)???? They must have a better Ouigie~Board than me, and they are "speculating" with almost total irresponsibility, IMO...as if this were an OTC/BB stock.... leaves me truly sick & incredulous! Message 13475510 all the E-brokers seem to have been selling off as a sector, not showing much resisiliency: siliconinvestor.com siliconinvestor.com siliconinvestor.com siliconinvestor.com siliconinvestor.com even NITE which reported stellar earnings: siliconinvestor.com and alas poor TRAC gone~south: siliconinvestor.com the sector as a whole has been fraught with many concerns and after reporting earnings for most, seems to be languishing here. And any "down-draft in the market could take them all lower. ...and there is always the spector of the market as a whole , dumping all over again, though I expect it to wait till just after the earning's season perhaps, and just trade sideways into summer. Look's a though MSFT's disappointing.... expressing concerns and "cautious" outlook going forward , could contribute to a "downward" pressure on the markets monday:--------> (duh)! cbs.marketwatch.com upside.com -------->should i ever be a buyer of TRAC , perhaps I shall consider on mon/tues on any dips from here on overall market weakness, Would have loved to have gotten some shares of TRAC on the original fall to the $2 level the other day...but alas many of us couldn't get any orders filled that morning Using MyTrade/HRZG, unless we bought pre-mrkt: Message 13461596 Message 13461694 Message 13461555 Message 13462688 Message 13467203 *seems there is some given support at $2, and barring any other controversy, I would be buying as close to there as possible.....seems that would not be to large a gamble, IMO. ...For with so many now buying on the newest speculation of a buy-out, which turns out to be another shortfall ( like betting on split) , then could see the selling start all over again into any spikes..... could be a long, hard fought battle getting TRAC -------->back even near former levels...but who knows even the slightest, what new games some will play.
