I had a business like that but I retired... LOL!! Too much grunt work...

I don't mean to make light of the problems of changing any major system components. The usual trade-off is how to get to a "clean" system and still maintain old context... the "upgrades" all have a tendency to take old sins and perpetuate them. That was (and is) especially true of the post - 95 windows systems which can move incompatible or just plain bad registry entries across an upgrade.

But a user who is happy with what he has and just wants to get to the new world will have an easy time with most MSFT OS upgrades.
