I wonder why Intel didn't do what it did in the past: Announce, and don't deliver. Dell could announce computers, based on the phantom chips with Piii-800 like warning - "Delivery time may exceed 90 days". Joe, I think all the flack is catching up with them. I think, out of necessity, they are becoming more sensitive to public opinion and therefore more forthright. ted
