Hey Duane:

We need to call E, E-bear, from now on. Hope she's off on her downside target by 1000 points, but I wouldn't bet against her.

My "feel" says we're headed lower to re-test the lows on the Naz; after the earnings are done, which by and large are good and are not moving anything, we have the fed in a couple weeks and lots of negative potential.

I don't like how good earnings, analyst pumping and upgrades are not moving stocks. Look at CY, ATML and now XLNX after hours---all down on good numbers. I could see a pullback on valuations from a few weeks ago, but everything's already at a discount! Makes me nervous about LSI on Tuesday. What do people want? The thing for me is to not argue against it, but go with the flow. There's always puts and the short side, though I hate going that way. A good strategy might be to buy these good stocks on these after earnings dips.

I'm in only three stocks now: cy, idti, and lsi. Dumped my atml at 46 today. I'm making a put list if we turn down. So far: ALTR, AMD, JNPR.

Waiting on 3200 for the SIN list.

Have a good Easter,
cb
