No it's not ... it is "I'll buy earnings growth -- no matter what the price -- or how long-lived the earnings growth might be."

that's momentum investing. is it any wonder there are scads of folks torturing the numbers to make earnings come out a penny ahead of some silly estimate and it doesn't matter if you have to rape the company's future prospects to do it ...

Call me a cynic ... I think I am a realist. MU increasing from 55 to 125 had nothing to do with the co's long term potential for growing earnings and everything to do with the financial environment we find ourselves in.

MU may go to 150 or 200 -- I would recommend that you sell if you are so lucky.
