TERN Chairman said in a conf call last week that GG has absolutely no financial, fiduciary, advisory or any other connection with the company, other than that he may own the stock, which he is of course free to do.

Bernard -

I've wondered about such things myself, but I suspect that he makes enough and has enough fun with his newsletter and "telecosm" conferences that he probably has more than enough money already. And the money probably "dribbles in" with the books he's published. Why would he risk anything borderline in terms of insider trading if he can surf the ego trip of the position he's in and have so much fun? Would you in his position?

I believe he did once say he owned GBLX, but in general didn't own the stocks in his newsletter.
