Great, I hate to have my suspicions confirmed. What do I need to do? Go to softie? It is really getting to be a pain in the ass as it crashes, or rather locks, about twice a day. I knew Case was a SOB. -ng-

I am using Netscape for AOL and Roadrunner, and it works. I've had a heck of a time totally eradicating Internet Explorer from the computer, I can't send emails in RoadRunner because Outlook Express wants IE. I think these programs went to hell when they started making themselves "easy" for novice users, dumbing down the setup and setting themselves up as defaults without permission. I also hate the cutesy stuff, like the fact that when I want to save a document in WordPerfect, it automatically defaults to My Documents, instead of WordPerfect. I eradicated Word because I couldn't get rid of the stupid paper-clip graphic that blinked at me whenever I clicked Help. It irritated the bejeezus out of me to have to click on a graphic after I'd already clicked help.
