Hello Annette,

Since QCOM has no debit and several billions in funds, why doesn't QCOM announce a stock buy back. This would send several signals to the market. First it would help stabilize the stock price buy reducing the shares available. Next it would tell the market that the company has confidence in itself. It would also establish a floor on the stock price. This would help protect stock holder value.

This is very similar to what MSFT does as we all know.

I think it would be a start to a more stable stock.

Thank You

JK
