I agree that this is limited to MSFT and this should not be blamed on the other technology stocks. This link makes it very clear that MSFT "blew it".

Perhaps. The valuations sported by the other big-cap techs are astonishing, eh? Many could be cut in half from here and still look pricey, and that's just the good ones. I won't name any particular stocks, but look 'em over and see if you can spot any stocks carrying 3-digit multiples with top-line growth prospects that are about the same as what Ballmer & Co. are projecting for MSFT. Still, doesn't mean they won't go higher for a while yet - fund managers have to put the money somewhere.
