My thanks to the kind lurker that notified me of some posts on RB that concerned me. ragingbull.com I suppose RB members really do not have the fine art of the "pump and dump" down like the reknown KJC, nor can RB members do diligence like the a Kerry Carmichael does. For the record, I do not play the penny stocks. Not long. Not short. I don't work for anyone that does play those stocks. I don't engage in any P&D on any stock. However, the second part of the statement is mostly correct. I perform far better DD than most RB posters, including every single one of those mentioned in my earlier post. If you don't like it, that's too bad. Learn to live with it, because that's the way it is. No brag, just fact! It must have been an RB member's poor diligence that linked GTRD to NNZA Incorrect. It was me who first provided the OTC-BB record that documented the change from NNZA to GTRD. See this SI post for verification: Message 10266963 And I would add that I performed some DD on NNZA (which later became GTRD) at the request of Spider Valdez, who was requesting assistance on the NNZA thread that he started on SI sometime last year. No public documentation exists to either verify or refute those statements, so I shall not comment upon them. ragingbull.com Well, I do know the Qualey has that post and the one he responded to that was written by Kerry Carmichael, who was touting GTRD, or, Joseph Andrew Mann's 'Neck and Back'. The post also was defamatory towards Amazon stockholders. I believe Qualey has taken that into consideration. I could care less. Learn to discern between a statement of opinion and legal libel/defamation. For the record, I don't tout stocks, especially questionable penny stocks/OTC-BB stocks. Fine. I have no problem at all with that. For the record, the SEC has never initiated contact with me regarding any stock, let alone a penny/OTC-BB stock. Nor have they ever asked to see my brokerage records. However, I have corresponded with them regarding a nameless penny stock with a very dubious track record. They graciously accepted the information without comment and without any subsequent contact. Live with it... KJC
