Just Lucky.

If you want PROG cheap, just put in a low-ball bid (GTC).
I did last week and someone dropped a bunch in my lap today at 3 3/4. Sometimes sellers MUST get out at any price, so I try to service their needs. By the time you notice the action, it's too late to react.
