*** OT *** Michael the guy is right and I hope he wins in Court.

The conduct is part of the arrogance of WS induced by this bubble. Unfortunate he will suffer much more emotional pain fighting them even that he is rigth.

The attorneys will give him hell ... another type of abuse and violation of civil and human rights ... I went trough it and won.

The bank who refused to pay my an fee for my work (for saving them substantial losses on a big loan and their client from getting bust) was the sixth biggest bank in the US. At the end after all the litigation time I got paid teh equivalent of $15 per hour instead the $175 and that is exactly what they want.( As you know Courts ussually do not award attorney's fee and litigation time)

I can guaranty you that an affiliate of Pru bougt the securities and later sold them at higher prices.

Classic conduct of ROBBER BARRONS,

BWDIK
Haim
