re PHCM & WAP way I look at it, PHCM does not have IPR on WAP. I believe that the WAP forum has an "understanding" amongst its members to make member IPR available to other members without cost (reason being that WAP was created by a bunch of companies and not 1 company - they want to make it popular before getting into wrangles on 'who gets what piece of the pie') There was 1 company in the forum (forget its name), that very recently decided to charge for its IPR. That caused a stink in the WAP forum... cheers, kumar PS: we should probably leave the "ckr" & "ce" on the "other thread" :-) :-)
