re: We here in America are the biggest consumer market in the world and yet the rollout is in primarily in Europe because of "electrical rates being higher there?" Something just doesn't wash here. In europe, cost of energy is a "ballpark" 4 times more than in the US. (regardless of whether it is gasoline - aka petrol, or reticulated gas, or electricity). these may well be some considerations to have "smarter use of energy" in Europe, than in the US. cheers, kumar
