Is Sega's Dreamcast DDRAM or SDRAM? Is Hitachi importing any DDRAM products into the US. Which ones?

Misheldo, that is one question (of many) I really cannot answer. Even if I did spend the weeks required to study all of RMBS' patents and the prior art, I may not have access to all the prior art and my conclusions, as "rational" as these may be, may not be close to what a court will decide. This is also a good reason to have less concentration in your portofolio. Bless your star that it did so well so far and start diversifying. You may even want to move to a little cash so you can exploit opportunities that I think will be delivered in the next month or two. If you like the IP model, why not get some SNDK, where they have alrady won few legal battles, or QCOM once everyone throw in the towel when they drop under $100 and other similar situations.
