if that is a right shoulder, which i believe it is, there is no way to know how it will play out, just have to watch what it does when it hits support. RE: ibm chart, i get 5 completed waves up from it's monthly swing low, 3 impulses ending 95, 97, 99. 207.61.23.98 The IIX has your Lazy M top, this week we bounced of the Jan lows, you want to negate a top by closing above this former support and re-establishing it as support, NOT bouncing of it. iix has csco and sunw and appears it is now in the process of wave 5 down. the nasdaq looks like an abcde correction, however all the more speculative stocks topped on 3/10, while the blue chip techs topped 3/24. last fridays swing low, gave mom and pop speculator an arse burnin, the next dive will punish the institutional speculators. b

AAII Index - Has anyone kept track of this index? Is there any correlation with tops and bottoms or is it pretty much insignificant? This is one sentiment gauge that I have never followed closely, but I was surprised by the readings in Barron's this past week (the complete opposite of Market Vane's indicator).
