"plus visiting a new Krispy donut shop and observed the business for 5 hours"
You sat in donut shop for 5 hours? Dude (or it dood)

"1. As far as the product goes, KREM has a winner. Their donut has been tested for over 60 years. It is not fad, it will continue to be popular."
-You know that trademark frosting? They don't own it and could be cut off at any time.

"2. KREM is already making money and as more stores open up, revenue will continue to grow and I expect p/e to drop considerably. (Of course, unless the price of stock goes up faster than earnings)"
-They losing money according to their financials.

3. KREM has a reliable management team. (I would be much happier if the CEO would cut down his 7 digit salary until KREM stock price hit $100.)
- Management no long owns much of the company. They dumped to people in the IPO.

"4. I think KREM has a good chance of being a 10X stock in 10 years. In conclusion, as one of the analyst have suggested, I will wait till end of May to start accumulate. I am willing to pay $10."
-I'd be willing to cover at $4.00 (the book value.)
