Thanks for the that construction report. Perhaps the rising interest rates are beginning to have an effect on borrowing.

From my POV, it seems that the real estate market is picking up steam, if anything. Probably seasonal.

It is hard to see a major bear market materializing in an election year- but it certainly looks like it is. Enjoy your golf. It is cool and wet here. Certainly no day for golfing.
