Dan, Then you would agree that a general lack of knowledge about a company would be harmful to the individual investor. Hence, the importance of knowing answers to the types of questions I earlier asked. Unfortunately for the individual investors in this market fear is their main motivational factor. The reason they cannot deal with fear is simply because they do not posses the general information they should before investing in a company. If you didn't know even generalized answers to these types of question you would have no understanding of TERN's financial perspective and how relatively easy it would be for them to manipulate earnings. I take it that no one here is any closer to answering even one of my earlier questions. Very unfortunate. Jetter
