A little more followup on my experience with Gateway. I decided not to buy the color printer they had hooked up at the store. The reason being that the printer was similar to one that a friend had and was unhappy with---also the salesman encouraged me to check out other printers else where. After getting the system setup with my old black print---had a call from Gateway asking me about how things were going. As we talked I noted that I did not yet have my colored printer and what I wanted. And, of course they were able to tell me immediately what I needed---and with a visa card----it was in the mail and received within a week-----Epson 740 Color Stylus. And, it works beautifully. Again more $ for GWy ----and I as a customer was pleased that I did not have to go to another store or get on line and try to sort out what I needed. Only knew what I wanted. mj
