In a word, no. -g- I can't imagine how you would assess risk on that anti trust sucker. Or why anyone would buy such a policy. Insurance guys don't want to pay off on clean cut cases like theft much less something like this. I think softie has some creative lawyering going on here, as the article makes it look like the policy is a general business one.
