Kenneth, He did that in the CC at the end of the first quarter. The problem is that LU actually did not know where they stood, a major problem, until they pre-announced (there is obviously a better job being done to ensure that this is not repeated). that is why McGinn stood up and took the blame. LU admitted that mistakes were made, acknowledged that a better job needed to be done and laid out the game plan as to how that will happen. Another quarter will provide the true credibility needed to return LU to its previous levels and higher. tp
