How much worse will it become when the wheels truly fall off of this market. The market has been a generous pussycat the last 5 years; wait until it starts disemboweling people in size. The latest margin woes are but a taste of what could happen.

I guess what it really boils down to is how do you make this a going concern?

Monthly fee is probably the thing to do. Keeps out the riff raff, too. As long as we all get grandfathered in for free. -g-
