Who's speculating? In Sylver's affidavit of 3 August 1999, he said: 6. Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. owns no material equipment that can be sold for cash. All Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s equipment and vehicles are either leased or encumbered. That is in fact my point: which of these two "official" accounts, one a sworn document submitted to the Court, is the truth?
