Grace and all,

With the earnings release, At Home served notice that they do actually have a plan. The problem is execution and the time line. Will we as shareholders be able to share in the fruits of this new initiative, I say yes. AT&T has re-shaped itself in a very short time. With At Home, AT&T will be able to play with AOL and Yahoo. The strategy is a good one. The stock price will appreciate, most likely without the little guy who has increasingly showed in this market that being in the sexier dot coms is the wasy to go. Infrastructure wise AT&T will prove to be an excellent place to be. When the money comes back to AOL, Yahoo and yes ATHM, we will all be fine. All of these stocks are beaten down lately and of course ATHM the worst performer. I ask this question, which stock will outperform in the next 1 to 2 years on a percentage basis? Yahoo at 122.50, AOL at 60, or ATHM at 17.875?

I see YHOO going to 250 again, AOL to 95 and ATHM at 60. You do the math. Patience and a strong stomach is what we all need.

Regards,

Rob
