CrazyMan, Spreadsheet programs a very powerful, in fact they launched the PC as we know it (VisiCalc). But, if one believes Spreadsheet programs are the answer to all, then one just doesn't understand the problem! If I believed that Spreadsheets were the answer to all problems, I would be looking for other line of work. But it seems like for what chic was trying to do, they are a good tool. And with Excel, you can write your own code in VBA. It makes Excel even more powerful. Joe
