Hitech, you may want to add to that disclosure on a daily basis of the short position and the short/covering each day. There is no reason that this information should be available only to specialists and market makers in an open society. The current habit of disclosing these data when they are essentially 45 or more days old is a travesty. Similarly, they withhold the activities of the NYSE specialists for two weeks, a no-no in an electronic information age, IMHO. Zeev

Thanks for that HiTech, I just wrote them and asked 8 or 10 more friends to do the same. I also included what my favorite of all analysts (Zeev) suggested. (he hates it when I call him an analyst). When I read the excerp of the SIA response I got so mad I could have just .........whatever. Monty
