Aggie, Re: Caspian Rumors This might be an excellent opportunity to buy the rumor and sell the news. Anyone that watched the recent (1998?) exploration build-up around the Faulklands Islands will appreciate how high these puppies can jump on no news at all, just pure speculation, even though every well drilled eventually was classified a "duster" economically. I'm sure Tomas can regale you all with very specific examples which would blow your minds. It would be very interesting to discuss which players might benefit from such speculation.
