Me Thinks TERN's troubles are far from over. It was obvious by the posting of the second letter that TERN is in damage control mode. i would place a nice sized wager that is was TERN's management that was responsible for posting it on GEOcities first. What would that make you think orf them? At least Pluvia took responsibility for what he posted. Didn't try to hide it like it came from an anonymous source. Zaki is a liar and i would be willing to bet those stock sales he did the day after the CableLabs cease and desist letter are going to come back and bite him in the arse. It is funny how zaki did not include all the correspondence with cablelabs like his release said he would. I am sure there was a letter between 2/2 and 3/2, where is it? iI would venture a guess the Cablelabs letter issue is far from over, just a hunch. Just wait guys, this week should have a little more fun in store for you'all, ok fun for the shorts not longs.
