Hi Richard. You're very welcome. Part of my job here is to teach, the other to have fun. Nope, nothing's too morbid and I welcome food talk <gggg>. I love to cook, as does ed. And Jill likes to eat (though she doesn't look like she eats too much)

As for LEAPs purchases, access to an options expert broker (like Wall St. Access or Preferred Trade) is not as necessary as if you were trading short term options. The reason is twofold: LEAPs are less liquid and therefore move less than short term options, and once you've bought, it'll (hopefully) be a number of months till you want to sell.

I'm not sure about software. I have tried Optionstation, but I don't think I'm math-minded or computer-savvy enough (read: bright) to use it properly. Another options software is Option Vue. I know DM uses it and perhaps she or others here can direct you better than I.
