This is excellent news for AMD. Perhaps it's good news for Intel as well, now that AMD will no longer be able to fill the extra demand that Intel can't.

I had the same reaction. But it's interesting that neither company cancelled the April price cut.

I was wondering the same thing, and since I'm not in the zero-sum camp...so much the better as it could be good for ASPs all around.

What about Dresden? I guess we'll have to wait and see.
