I would wait a month or more, I think that PROG will be available under $3 share, not so much a question of "fair value", but of lack of support (from the market)and bundling PROG with many other low margin "on line" and catalogue retailers. I have replaced PROG with PCCC in this market segment sometime ago, because PCCC seems to be a leader and execute its plan much better than PROG. Like PROG it is a combination of catalogue and on line retailers (hardware much more than software, but nothing prevented PROG to move into hardware as well, as we discussed this as a strategic move, some time ago).
