Thanks for posting your notes on the CC.

If most of their business was foreign, the high DSO's are not out of whack. On the telecom side average DSO's on foreign business can be over 100 days. On the telecom construction side I have seen DSO's reported as high as 300 days on specific contracts. The DSO number is still a good measure of the quality of the business they are getting though. The longer DSO's on foreign contracts are typically due to the problem of poorer cash flow than is normal for US companies.
