Re: "Sounds like time to top up AMD call option portfolios..
I'm already loaded up to about 90% of my portfolio.
I could take some money off a credit card.....

Comment: I can relate with the 90% thing...With the expiration of my April 70's though (got lucky and paid $1-3/4 a week ago when AMD hit $65), I've got some available cash that needs to be put back to work...Can't think of any better place than those Oct's and Jan's...Can hardly wait 'til Monday...Hope I can get in while AMD is unde $80!

Scumbria,

You don't mean that 90% of your portfolio is in AMD calls do you? I've got about 15% of my portfolio in unhedged AMD calls (mostly Jan 2001 LEAPS). That's enough to scare me quite a bit.

Mike

I know how you feel. I have been trying every angle to get more money. Been thinking about asking my wife to walk the streets but I'm thinking I might be getting too obsessed. What do you think?
