The DOJ has it's priorities screwed up. Why isn't OPEC being
indicted for monopolistic practices ie. setting production
quotas, rigging prices etc. They are clearly a threat to the worlds economy (esp. the third world) as well as our own.
MSFT deserves sanction but let's keep it in perspective.
MSFT isn't the only powerhouse and most large Co's esp.
the ones that dominate their sector of the industry also
play hardball, not any different than MSFT.
One result re-MSFT is that software prices are likely to
increase with the lawyers getting $$$ of every sale.
