in the eight years i've invested in this company (on and off) they have never ever received such market blessings....even when they deserved more.....

What group? It's certainly not large-cap enterprise software companies and the company you mention in your posting is not a fair "comparable" to CA by any stretch of the imagination. Therefore, the entire posting does not stand up to reason.

Isn't that what Wall Street is supposed to do?

Wall Street starts with fair comparisons for valuation purposes.
