I don't know Joan. I'll ask around when I get back to work next week. I guess the chart you're referencing was for the US alone ... you have my curiosity piqued -- perhaps homer can tell us ...

Which chart were you referring to Joan? I don't see one that has a recent increase ... there is one that has a rather compressed scale showing things rather flat for the 90's ...
