I'll say this: My own view is that MSFT should not be restructured (split up) by the government -- it is not the government's place unless the public was somehow put in danger ...

I think they should exact a penalty or put limits on them to prevent them from engaging in any illegal activities that they have been found guilty of -- how they do that practically? -- I don't know. I'm glad it isn't my game

But I think there are many reasons why MSFT is not a good investment now based on fundamentals, based on the climate, based on their legal situation, etc.

You need to brush up on your history. All of the monopolies which were busted up helped advance the economy tremendously. US Steel, Standard Oil, AT&T, remember them?

Oh, please. To say that it's a well-managed company is different from the nonsense that you put right here.

I think the world owes a debt of gratitude to this company for the market advances made as a result of their leadership.
