Frankly, I consider ORCL's current valuation overextended. If you use an estimate of 64 cents for the current fiscal year and 80 cents for fiscal 2001, the stock is selling at 72 times calendar 2001 earnings per share. The five-year earnings growth rate is around 25%.

When ORCL's stock was on the floor, I was a buyer. I should not be a buyer today.
