if someone could provide %change from tops to
bottoms and bottoms to tops, for the BTK,
during these periods that would be great.

only washout levels where the bullish
percent charts reached 10% buy signals or
lower were considered.
This is the washout level
for the biotech sector.

edit: it would seem tax selling washouts
in the BTK is a common occurence

edit: months to top does not mean the
price top. It means the point at which the
maximum number of stocks were generating buy
signals via P&F charting, before the charts
moved back down and sell signals took over again.
