VIO,i show the high volume just after 11;00 am,but it does not show on my time&sales chart,this my be a block trade between market makers??

I still have no explanation for the 200k block you saw other than Bill's mm to mm possible transaction. FWIW I think the break even quarter the company reported last week is significant news. Many of the Dot Coms and high tech companies will be out of business within the year as their funding runs out. VIGN will likely be around for a while.

Vignette (VIGN: news, msgs) gave up 13 percent to 52 3/4, but still ended the week with a 25 percent gain. The supplier of e-business applications for building online businesses reported a break-even quarter as sales surged 505 percent to $55.2 million. Analysts expected the company to lose 2 cents a share.
