All shells tanked. More shells to be created. I know the pipeline. There are about 150 qualified shells, and most VC outfits in the region and many from the US are considering HK shells - US$ 20-30 mm each, less the existing assets in the listed companies.

Problem is that there are not that many quality deals to be injected into the shells. They are more for offloading and exiting then for CMGI/9984 type of purposes.

People have many bad experiences to keep them from being longterm investors: 1989 TianAnMen, 1996 Recession, 1998 Asia Financial Storm, 1998 RedChip Debacle, 2000 Cyber Debacle. People also do not understand B2B to stay invested.

When 9984 goes up, 648 will certainly go up. Getting in after the first 20% rise will net the next 80%.
